These four walls.

[This post contains product from a gifted* partnership with Farfetch]

After working from home for the past 3 months, I’ve found myself hankering for a change of scenery, a statement vase housing fresh flowers to bring me joy when I’m working at the dining table until an ungodly hour, linen sheets to welcome me back to bed & zen-inducing candles to promote calm, flickering quietly on the mantelpiece; a tiny beacon undeterred by darkness.

I love being home. I’ve found temporary seats of solace in places I’ve never sat before, on the doorstep dappled in afternoon sun with a book & a glass of rose, or perched on the landing with my laptop teetering on my knees.

I’m observing how the light pirouettes between the walls throughout the day & appreciating the under explored beauty of belonging here; in this space we’ve stripped, painted, nurtured and loved slowly back to life again, until it formed something familiar to us; the perfect part of a greater whole.

Last month, I talked about the importance of our home surroundings with Farfetch and shared a few of my interior styling tips over on their Fashion Feed. I’m in great company alongside @heartzeena, @ashleykane and @hegeinfrance to name a few, so if you’re stuck for home inspo curl up with a brew and head on over there for a 5 minute read.
